Project DescriptionA free and open source .net library for reading/writing DBF files. Fast and easy to use. Supports writing to forward-only streams which makes it easy to write dbf files in a web server environment.
Also included here is a small utility that reads DBF files and outputs CSV files! That was a simple test for our DBF reader/writer. Please note that there is a wonderful CSV library for .net written by Sebastien Lorion that I use extensively located at
